Spring 2017 Bidding Results and Next Steps

Dear EW students,

Spring 2017 Bidding Round 2 results are ready in OLR. Results are listed in the “Enrollments and Results” tab.

Please note that bidding is not meant to result in a student’s final schedule – it is just one part of the registration process. You may adjust your schedule during the Add/Drop period by adding yourself to the waitlist for a class that you didn’t get through bidding or dropping a class you can no longer take. Dates for the Add/Drop Rounds can be found on the Registration Timeline.

No waitlists are generated from Round 1 or Round 2 of bidding so if your bid was unsuccessful, please remember to add yourself to the waitlist during Add/Drop.

Remember that you must be enrolled in at least 1 unit to be considered registered and eligible for services (e.g. Career Services, Library, etc) for the semester.

In addition, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in order to be eligible for Financial Aid.

If you do not plan to register, and are withdrawing for the Spring 2017 semester, please contact your advisor immediately:

Once the semester begins, any late withdrawal request will be subject to campus penalties.  See the Office of the Registrar’s website and the EWMBA Student website for more details.

After Bidding ends, the next opportunity for you to make adjustments to your schedule will be during the Add/Drop period starting January 3 at 9AM. The waitlist process will begin at that time. As mentioned above, no waitlists are generated from Round 1 or 2 of bidding.  You will hear more details about that as we approach the start of the semester.
